Brad Reed has been in the Real Estate business for 38 years. He has much experience in most aspects of the business including listing or selling homes, management and training, upper administration, land sales, development, new homes, product origination, marketing etc. He feels a strong commitment to represent and negotiate for his clients and customers best interests.
From his mid teens until his late 20’s Brad was a professional musician and recording artist (no, he never connected with a national promoter or large record label he says “thankfully”). During this time he also worked in merchandising and sales of musical instruments and equipment, everything from guitars and amplifiers to Steinway pianos and huge church pipe organs.
In 1979 Brad was recruited into the Real Estate business by one of his upscale piano customers. He started his career at Stapley Mabry Realty Gallery of Homes. He fell in love with Real Estate, helping people and quickly became a top producer. A great stroke of luck happened at this point. This company not only had intense training in resale but also trained sales people in new homes to sell at models for multiple builders on a rotating basis. This opportunity provided incomparable broad and varied experience. Brad was able to assist with some marketing and managing ideas and was eventually recruited to a new start up company that was doing all 3, resale brokerage, new homes and land/ lot development.
At this time this new company had approximately 20 re-sale agents and had built 20 homes their first year. Brad started as marketing director/sales manager and trainer in a totally dead market. Within 5 years the company had grown to 250 new homes per year, nearly 500 agents and he had been promoted to Vice President then President. His responsibilities included training and management of sales people, hiring and severing staff/ employees, product origination and positioning, land acquisition, zoning, subdivision planning, contracts, legal issues, quality control, land sales etc.
Brad was eventually recruited to another new startup company with the agreement to recreate the growth pattern again.
From there he started dealing in the Fix and Flip business to take advantage of the down market, deal in land sales and listing and selling homes.
Brad is now excited to be part of the DPR movement where opportunities are many.
He is a native of Mesa, Arizona where he stays busy with his large family, church and business.
